I love the team classes! I have never sweat so much during a workout. I am even becoming a morning workout person! I definitely recommend this gym!
Great place with challenging work outs and well informed instructors.
Hardest workouts I've ever done, but so worth it. Great instructors and a lot of fun. Highly recommended.
i golf. so when I'm in e3 I visualize overall improvement and more distance in my golf game. i now stroke drivers & stuff wedges far more crisply thanks to e3 training. seriously.
