I recently had a safety chain fitted to my gold chain at E Bixby to prevent losing if the clasp failed. The owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. He not only made a great job bye adding this safety feature but he also did a free insurance valuation in case it was to get lost or stolen without me even thinking about this or asking for it.Great local expert, why go anywhere else
I had my engagement ring resized, and cleaned at Bixbys, it looks like new again, and fits perfectly. I'm very happy with the service, and the guy behind the counter was lovely.
Always excellent products and service an asset of the town.
