I had my fist appointment with Kim yesterday and I really cannot get over how fab my hair looks today. Kim did an amazing job and she is also a very lovely lady. The salon has a fun buzz too. I will be back for sure. Thank you.

I had booked an appointment a couple of months ago for this morning via the fresha website and when I arrived a couple of minutes before my appointment the shop was closed with no obvious staff. I waiting a few minutes to see if someone was running late but no one showed up so I gave up

I came here a few weeks ago to have my hair cut, I had to wait at least 25 mins as they didn’t know what stylist I was booked in for as they couldn’t find the diary with the booking in. When the manager came in she was very rude verbally to the staff and made it feel very uncomfortable.

I am so impressed with this hairdressers! I went to the same hairdressers for years and only left when the owner sold up. I had no idea where to go and thought I had found somewhere only to leave as both stylists smoked and I came out with my hair smelling of nicotine! I was in Arbury Court one day and just popped in to the salon there to talk about what they offered and the prices etc. I’m so glad I did because I immediately took to Sam as she was friendly and very helpful.
