I'm gonna be honest, this was one of the worst nights we ever had. The place is SO noisy. The bathroom vents whirring insanely loud we could hear it through our earplugs, and the other guests were so loud, we did not sleep a wink, had such a miserable experience and paid £100 for it. People stomping, shouting and slamming doors ALL NIGHT and no guardian or sign to tell them to be quiet. We also didn't have any bodywash provided despite what the listing said and only had 1 bag of tea lol. Do not recommend.
I worked here for 3 days and I haven't been paid my wages by ( HARRY ) the owner of comfort short stays who provide cleaning services for. After numerous attempts of contacting him he his his ignoring my calls I will spread this information across his full estate untill my wages are received. I will now be contacting acas this morning to start the ball rolling I will not be used and abused disgusting service I am not a slave and I'm entitled to be paid what I have worked
The room is really nice, comfy and clean. The located is great as it's just out of the city center, near lots of barbers, hairdressers, tailors, lil shops, a tesco, papa John's and lots of restaurants and pubs. It's walking distance of the city. Jeff was very helpful on my second visit. The cleaners are friendly and helpful also.
A great room with everything you need! Great location and really accommodating service! I really enjoyed my stay here for my graduation! Will definitely be back
