painless process....Luke you Rock! Unfortunately I did not drive away with my first choice....vehicle was already sold as I was test driving it. My 2nd choice was just as good minus the sunroof. Hope the service department is as awesome as the buying process. I must not forget to mention Leslie in the finance area. She too made the process painless.

John is a great service advisor. He went out of his way to fix my vehicle and make sure I was happy after having horrible service at another dealership. What was going on with my vehicle was not a normal problem and he went to the top to figure it out. I cannot say enough good things about him. He updated me along the way as well. I will definitely be going back for any needs I have in the future.

Joey and Tom of the Sales team took care of me quickly and with out any fuss. We quickly came to an agreement on price for my new 2018 Ram Rebel truck. Then Tom in the finance department got me thru quickly with the paper work and signing. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and was in and out in less than an hour and half. Excellent team!
Best service since I bought my Jeep there in 2013. Thank you John, for top notch quick service with my Jeep recall on 12/7/2017. Give John a raise and for goodness sakes have him educate the department in customer service!! Customers should never be told , “ No, we can’t give you a ride home or a loaner” for a recall!!!!

I have always had excellent service at Duane Lane's.
What's the point in having express lanes when you're told you have to make an appointment if you want to come in and get things done quickly yeah I get it other people are coming in at lunch time I expect that but I guess you shouldn't call them express lanes to boot your Tech let me walk out of there without telling me about your special that ends today in fact where you could buy for oil changes for $120 he missed out on the sale I don't know maybe I need to take my business elsewhere as I can't seem to ever get in when it... read more
