They lied to me, saying my car had a fire in the engine in the past, and had melted wires, quoting me $1000 to $6000 dollars to possibly fix my problems (my problems are car is not shifting gears and the air bag light going off). We did not have them do anything to the car and looked at what they said. There is no sign of a fire and no melted wires. Instead of saying that they will not work on a pt cruiser, they made up an issue for money.
I have never had an issue..Very reliable

My Challenger has a recall so I made an appointment with James in the service department. I took it in today and he was so friendly and helpful! He estimated it would take an hour and they actually got it done in 45 minutes. They even threw in a car wash! Great experience! Thanks so much James!
Poor service department had recall on my 2011 was told to make appointment only time open was 2 months and would take all day to fix, called Dodge of Monroe took truck in next day and had the recall work done in less than 2 hours. Looking for new truck last month DL could not get me into what I wanted, went to Dodge of Monroe left their that day in new truck that I wanted
Will never use them for service again. Was told 45 minutes for an oil change at 740am and did not get don’t until 920. VERY disappointed
I got ripped off this place is the worst
