The sales dept. was fantastic! The service dept. lied to me about my Jeep needing brakes, to the tune of $2400. I took my Jeep to another shop for a second opinion and was told I do not need brakes and my rotors are fine. Don't trust the service dept here! They lied to me and I will never go back!

Not only were the people at Dwayne Lane's professional, but they were helpful, reasonable, kind, caring, and they were willing to help you figure out the best for you. Vemund Aaro was patient with us as we looked and talked numbers for almost 4 hours. Vemund, took us to almost every truck on the lot let us climb in and look around. My car had a alert that needed to be looked at. For one week straight I called every day and left messages including to the manager and never got called back. I finally took it in for some recalls and asked for the other alert to be checked (which they did). They told me they would need to order some parts and would get back to me within a week.
