As we were finishing up our long move/trip from SC , our 2008 Jeep Patriot had issues along I-5.. The service department has had my truck for almost 2 months and still can't get the transmission fixed and my husband and myself have each asked for a rental car to drive and we just keep getting blown off and when i called today to get an update on my truck i just get told they don't have a clue whats wrong or how long they will take to fix it... why have they not called someone else in to try and fix it because obviously after 2 months the tech is not able to do it. Take your car or truck some place else !!!!!
Mislead me for 4 hours and ran my credit without telling me and caused 2 other credit unions to run my credit. Salesman contacting me for personal reasons on my cell phone...I will never step foot in this dealership again. Ive bought 5 cars here since 1989 and I am shocked at the level of professionalism. Thanks though for the bottled water but educate your sales people before you throw them in the lot. My credit got hits for 2 weeks with inquiries on a Subaru that i wasn't even interested in.
