How long does it take to change Brake Calipers on a 2012 Chrysler 300? It has been a week now since the Service Department has been trying to work on my Brake Calipers. Still waiting to get my car fix
We weren't able to get a deal done but every person I worked with took time to look at my needs, work with me, genuinely care, and try their best to do what was right for me. There was no pressure and when we couldn't get anything done they still treated me excellently and wished me all the best.

Was in for an oil change. Staff is friendly and courteous. They give complimentary beverages while you wait. Service was quick and inexpensive.

Had a great experience with Patti at Dwayne Lanes in Everett. We went in to replace my 2007 Caliber (which we gave to my granddaughter). We were looking for a Journey. Had recall service and software update done recently and i am very impressed and satisfied with the service and the work done. The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, and everything works great without returning for rework. This is rare for me.
