Piss poor service department at smokey point dealership always leave under hood a mess after oil change, always forget to reset oil change reminder, had car in 3 times for recall repairs and still not fixed and scheduled to go back in AGAIN and probably won't be fixed again. Overall just a bunch of crooks with there heads in there asses !!!
Very disappointed at this point. After having my wife's car for 3 weeks, I was told on Thursday that I could pick it up today. It took over an hour to get someone in service to answer the phone. I even left 2 messages. When Andy did answer, he gave me the standard sob story about how busy they are. Them being understaffed is not my concern. Excellent service! Love how they offer guest a card for a free drink including my little girl! They had a play room for my little to keep her busy plus washed my car after the oil change!! Not to mention I accidentally brought in a coupon for a different dodge place and they honored that price!
Big Al and Jason made our new 2017 Jeep purchase easy and fun! Tom in financing was awesome! Very happy and will refer to my friends and family!
