Done a lot of business here spent a lot of money. The guy on site is very knowledgeable and a really nice guy. But make sure you leave a deposit on items. Seen something we liked and agreed on the price the seller asked and left site to get get the cash agreed. On return was told by a rather stout woman and an elderly woman they had changed their mind and didn't want to sell the items we agreed on.

Dennis is a great guy....80 odd year old and still working every day ! The yard is full of all manner of reclamation materials - be prepared for a good rummage.

Nice chap Dennis, Everything is documented in his head. Why buy new when one can buy reclaimed, used, 2nd hand. Help the environment and your pocket too. Dennis was competitive with his pricing. Go and have a gander. Good for matching up old skirting boards and so on. Would recommend.

One of Southport's Hidden Gems. Racehorses were once kept here. You should ask Denis about Red Rum! He drove Ginger to the sale. Otherwise a great place for local stone Gate posts, Southport Tiles, slates and architectural salvage of one sort or another. Fond memories.
