Half the lockers are broken so you have to wait for 1 to be free before you can start your sessio . Was told they would be fixed in two weeks. That was at least 3 weeks ago, they are all still broke.
been a member at this gym for a number of years, the management behind the counter (Laura) is very un professional, poor customer service, spoke to me rudely in front of other members and staff, upsetting me and more so my children causing them to cry, no wonder d w sports fitness Oldham are losing members, due to poor management and the poor facility's at this gym, I have now cancelled my membership as a result of this issue, and understand why members are cancelling on a weekly basis. the only good thing to come from this ... read more
