When you make an appointment for an oil change waiting for 2 hours shouldnt happen. Defeats the purpose of an appointment.
I’ve already posted once and my review is that the salesman press and he’s very nice he did not tell the truth and because of him I would never buy another car at Duval Ford he is not to be trusted by his word
Great buying experience. S/o to Zach Gordon for making it so easy!
RecommendedMr. Jordon, very helpful, my car been in the shop four times. keeps cutting off for no reason,. he gave me a rental to get to work also. while his team finds out the promblem
RecommendedGood place to work and everyone gets along like family!! I've got a great group of people I work with everyday. I like the work that I do there and proud of it too!!
The absolute best buying experience I have had to date. Dealt with Sherrod over internet and made appointment for yesterday. Never once felt pressured and none of the games of bringing sales manager over or anything else. Just a straight deal and a very good deal. Drove 2.5 hours each way but was very much worth the drive.
My truck when into the shop for months, finally got it out and my steering wheel was not installed back properly. I lost control of my truck while driving, another ford dealership found the issue and fixed it. Duval Ford did nothing about the issue. They don’t care about veterans or anyone that comes there. The got money from the city of Jacksonville to supply police vehicles, I hope they install their steering wheels correctly.
