RecommendedI worked with Duval Ford's salesman Robert Johnson and had a great experience! He was very professional, knowledgeable, curtious, and easy to work with. I live out of state and had no issues working via email and phone. They have a huge selection of trucks. The price on the truck I wanted was more than fair. They ensured I received all applicable rebates and discounts. I highly recommend Duval Ford and specifically salesman Robert Johnson for any vehicle purchase.
If you can avoid Duval Ford, please do. Bozard and others have much better customer service. They will not match price and they've incurred damage to my girl. Don't worry Duval, I got it on paper!
RecommendedRecently worked out the details to purchase a 2018 F-350 Platinum with Mitchell Hartley. Being retired military and currently working in Afghanistan has not made it easy. But Mitchell made it a very smooth process. His patience and professionalism were greatly appreciated. Looking forward to finally meeting him when I pick up my new ride! RecommendedI stopped in to the Quick Lane and talk with Sheila McFarlane and said I need Windshield Wipers She Replied I got you . I paid for the Wipers was in and out 25 Minutes Price was Right the Attitudes Top Shelf. With that being said, Some things can't always go quite that fast it all Depends on what needs to be Done I would Highly Recommend them.
I reccomend the dealer.. unfortunately not satisfied with the product..been a Ford guy my whole life and bought a new 2018 f150 and not a good experience with it so far... it's awesome if u like feeling sick to the stomach or riding In a horse and buggy.. not to mention the v8 that ticks like a diesel
