I had a service appointment with Mike Gigante yesterday. I received the service I needed with smiles and professionalism from the time I pulled into the service lane. Management was engaging customers, advisors were helping customers and customers were standing around drinking coffee and relaxing. I felt valued as a customer. I will definitely be back for any future service needs. Thanks a bunch!
Had a bad phone call, but decided to go in anyway. Jose was great, manager was great, finance was great. Overall, fantastic experience. I'd buy from them again.
Dropped my truck off today to get oil changed and a wash, they shuttled me to the gym and back.� very nice people and great service. Mike Taylor , and Sheila also shuttle lady are all awesome people .��
Had my truck serviced yesterday got there as soon as they opened they got me in and out with no issues they went over with me everything they did and stuff that needs attention also gave me a quote of things that need repaired and the price was good. Thanks
Great place to work everyone is so helpful it is like a family. All the deptments work together like we have known each other for years, ask them to make keys for you and they say.... how many you need .
Had to replace my custom tire on my Mustang and believe it or not the tire was cheaper at the dealership! I also had my first free oil change and was in and out in less than 45 minutes on a Saturday afternoon. Great job parts and service dept!
As a former employee of 24 years I wanted to see the new dealership and was impressed with the layout. I don't have a car that needs servicing so I cant comment on that. Was just nice to see the structural improvements.
