I will make sure all my friends know never to buy a car here. The car is great but when there is a recall they are not at all willing to accommodate. It will be an 11hour repair and they will not cover a rental for one day. I have to work 8am-9pm and this is my only source of transportation. I guess they would rather have a client injured from an exploding airbag inflator than pay the 30 bucks for one days rental. The last car I will ever buy from duval ford!
David (Gunny) Moore was my main contact today and I must say he made the whole process way too easy! I thought I would be in there for hours on end (even packed a lunch) but I was in and out in no time. Exceptional service, will definitely be back!!!
I took my 2016 car in for an issue involving the heat not working and not only was the problem not solved, I was basically asked to pay for the car to be fixed on a car that should be covered by warranty. The car is saying that a crash has been detected but I have not been in an accident and the problem doesn't have an answer other than telling me it'll be $1400 to replace a module and that could be the START of the problems.. This is my first and LAST time taking the car here and definitely the last Ford I'll ever buy..
Very disappointed made a appt sat here for 5 hours still sitting here waiting and horrible service no way someone should wait here this long for a oil change and a detail

The people in the service department seem to be nice, but I don't believe anything they say. I brought my 2013 flex in because if battery drain issues. I had taken it to two other mechanics including the Kia dealership I purchased it at used 2 months ago. It was at Duval Ford for 2 weeks and I was told the battery that Kia put in it was not big enough and that was the only problem they could find.
