Worst place ever! They make your feel as if they are doing you some favor by buying a car there. As if your bank handing them 19k is not good enough. They talked my son into a car he didn't want, (first time buyer. He knew nothing and they ripped him off ), lost some paperwork 5 times, had to keep going back to resign, car is 2 months old and already in the shop. Service guys act like they are doing a job for charity and leave you for hours waiting on your car. When you ask about the status they say I don't know, it's back t... read more
Salesman Tony Howell did an outstanding job of getting me into the car I wanted. Will definitely go to Duval Ford for the next vehicle
Best place to work and buy from.
I worked there for 7 Yeats an by far I've seen a lot of returning coustmers including my family
If I could give a zero rating I would. the other week I briught my wifes explorer in due to leaking radiator fluid, the dealership on cassat told me her thermostat and RADIATOR were leaking. Come to find out the thermostat was indeed leaking while the radiator shows zero signs of leaking. They wanted 1000 plus dollars to do the repair when I really only needed a 12 dollar thermostat and half hour labor. I will NEVER use a duval chain of STEALERSHIPS again.
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Nice people, taking a little longer than expected.
we weren't rushed or forced to buy a car. Got a good amount for our trade. Felt like we got a good deal.
