100% failure rate from the service department on repairs to my wife's vehicle. First: forgot to put the oil cap back on after oil change resulting in oil spraying all over engine compartment. Second: wife's battery was changed and then windshield wipers stopped working. Hours later it was a sensor that was "bad"... aka messed up when battery was changed. Never again will they get my business.
