Recommendedexcellent people!!!! Amazing service
RecommendedJust a great bunch of people very friendly courteous and helpful
Never buying a car from them every again... their tech department can’t inspect vehicles correctly before giving them to customers.
RecommendedJust recently had my first interaction with Duval Ford yesterday, December 12th. Had browsed the website and found an Escape that caught my eye! Found it convenient to be able to do most of the paperwork myself online and have it ready to go when I arrived! The sales associate that worked with my purchase was Warren Hart, Jr. Great guy! RecommendedGreat service...the best by far ...very courteous & friendly!!! 10+ rating!!
Bad horrible service bad rude service
RecommendedThe sales experience from start to finish. "Gunny" Moore is the salesman to see and Lionel in finance. They got me approved and in the truck I wanted and couldn't be happier about the whole experience. HIGHLY recommend Duval Ford and these guys for anyone looking to purchase a quality car or truck or SUV.
RecommendedThe dealership has always been up front with me and honest. I like my salesperson, Susan. She always greets us with a hug and a warm welcome....like we were family. Love her personality and her warm charm. She doesn’t push. I like that even more. I hope Ford, never loses her.
