RecommendedI was able to get an amazing car from Duval Ford Joe was an awesome salesman that went above and beyond to help me get the car I wanted. Joe and his manager, who’s name I didn’t catch, stayed late to make sure I drove away in my car that same night. I wish I knew the manager’s name, but a HUGE thank you to him and Joe!!! 100% failure rate from the service department on repairs to my wife's vehicle. First: forgot to put the oil cap back on after oil change resulting in oil spraying all over engine compartment. Second: wife's battery was changed and then windshield wipers stopped working. Hours later it was a sensor that was "bad"... aka messed up when battery was changed. Never again will they get my business.
