Extremely disappointed that Dutch Miller Kia in Charleston has an LOA (Lack of Availability) $4,000 up-charge on the new Kia Telluride...OVER MSRP. They are basically pocketing potential rebates plus more that the customer should receive due to financing, military discount, etc. This is extremely unethical. I just bought my second Kia from Dutch Miller and I LOVE it! I couldn't have asked for a better salesman than Greg Woods. He got me in both new cars and made the car buying experience so enjoyable. Everyone I dealt with at Dutch Miller were the best I have ever experienced buying a vehicle!!!
Had appointment at 9:30 for oil change and new tires. Arrived at 8:30. Did oil change right away. At 11:30 I was told techs were at lunch till 12:30 and they would get started on my tires as soon as they returned. Really?? Been here for 3.5 hours and they still haven’t even started? This is ridiculous . I will never come here again!!!
