I tried to make a deal with them over the Internet for a used vehicle and got nothing but the runaround. At one point they quoted me a certain price but then came back and said it was going to be $1000 higher. No thanks. I don’t do business that way.

I started out with a high opinion of them but the 2017 Kia Sportage I purchased was missing the Map navigation dic and they are not interested in replacing it. Price to buy one, $700. Just saying. I am disappointed.
I had a wonderful experience at Dutch Miller Kia. Ben was so helpful and knowledgeable, he made it fun to test drive my new car. Everyone was very nice and it just made my experience awesome! Don was a great help also, I love my new Kia !!!

We purchased a new car last month from Dutch Miller Kia of Charleston. The experience was very easy. Our salesman, John Ballengee, was very patient, taking time to answer all our questions and working with us to get the deal we needed to drive it off the lot. My husband took it in today for a complimentary 30 day check. They provided an Uber for him to return to work and completed the check by lunch. We are very happy with our new Kia Stinger and would recommend this dealership to our friends and family!
