Fantastic experience during the purchase of my new Sorento! Everyone there was so nice & helpful! They even allowed my 90lb dog to accompany me into the dealership & hang out during the process! My sister had her oil changed there yesterday . Five miles down the road her car lost all its oil. Now they have to make sure it’s there fault . No one wants there new Kia to blow up . No one would do this themselves . She is a single mom who works two jobs and they would not give her back the $114 that they charged her for the oil change !! Buyers Beware
