RecommendedAbsolutely amazing customer service! Went to just look and wasnt sure about having a car payment at the time but Sammi King got us in a used 2016 Kia Sorento at just the round about price we were looking for! If someone comes in at almost the close of business and the salesperson doesnt want to work anymore, please tell the customer instead of being super rude and act like your better than the customer. Ask questions and try to understand what the customer wants. I have never been treated worse by a car dealer than I was today here. I will not ever have any work done again or buy from this dealer.
I highly recommend this service center. From the very first time I had the slightest bit of work done on my car until this very last time I had a lot of work done on my car (due to pot holes mostly) the staff was super friendly and helpful while being slammed, and the mechanics were very efficient. I felt confident that the work done on my car was completed with care, and that I was safe on the road. Thank you Kia Service Center!
KIAs do not hold value!!!! I am officially almost 10k upside down on a loan I took out in June of 18 for a brand new vehicle. I’ve never had a vehicle lose value so quickly!!!! Depreciation is one thing but almost half of what I am paying is another. ***NEVER AGAIN KIA NEVER AGAIN****
