Dutch Miller Kia of Charleston is a great place to buy a vehicle. I bought a Kia Sorento in September '16. The vehicle wasn't right for me--too big for what I need. Went back to the dealership again in May '17 and purchased a 2026 Chevy Cruze. Really am pleased with this car. I didn't think I would be able to trade, but the sales team worked it out for me. I have been dealing with Dutch a long time and because the female in the service department showed no care for our concern I may go elsewhere. We have been paying $35 for oil change I can get done elsewhere cheaper. All we needed was check engine light turned off and she said they charged for it. Well they didn't charge last time. Took it down the road done for free as a good relationship gesture.
Excellent place to shop. They make you a priority and treat you like family. Tommy Grubbs gets a 10 for a smooth transition as well as the rest of the staff. Thank you!
