Great people and great dealership. Owners care about customers and are involved with their team. They serviced my challenger for years and service has been great. As my family grew, literally, I had to make a decision to step up to an SUV. All of the trust and respect the owner and team have earned made it an easy choice. We had excellent service from Bryan while purchasing our new vehicle. He was attentive, but never pushy. My dad was with us for some of the process, and he said it was one of the easiest car buying experiences he’d ever seen (and he’s bought way more than I have, haha). It did take a time to finish things up at the end because one finance manager had called off, but a great experience overall. Worked with Tommy Grubbs on a lease turn in and a new lease on a 2018 Sorento and have to say the experience was very pleasurable. He answered every question we had and played car jockey with out hesitation. Nice to not dread going to shop for a vehicle.
By far the easiest and most professional car buying experience of my life! Don my Kia salesman was beyond belief. No pressure, and took so much time explaining and demonstrating every feature on the Sportage I purchased. My husband purchased a Jeep two months ago with the same experience! Needless to say, Dutch Miller has surpassed our customer service expectations and created raving fans!
