This is very expensive shop. I sell my two rings with 4.1 gram weight, and exchange new one with weight 3.1 gram.its one gram difference. Yet he charged me 100 and 10 pounds more for the new ring, I don't understand what he has done to me. Never recommend this shop for next time.i ask her .she said it's Stone price may be,stone is not diamond,only normal stone,The owner of the shop should ponder this thing

Walked into this gold shop and got hit with… nothing. No “hi,” no “can I help you,” not even eye contact —bearing in mind we were the only customers in the shop. The guy behind the counter acted like helping customers was a chore and he was doing us a favour just by being there. There was a girl stood in the corner who never acknowledged us either—pretending to do paperwork but clearly had time to pull faces and share little looks with him. Super unprofessional. This was my fourth purchase from Durrani’s and I can honestly say it has got better each time my friend and I have visited. The unique designs and quality of the jewellery as well as the customer service are second to none. I absolutely love my gorgeous bangles. They arrived on time as promised. Thank you Durrani’s. I would highly recommend
