Alpine A110 serviced this week by Martins. Staff friendly, efficient and helpful. Service and all other minor work carried out quickly.
I had very good service from their sales department when I bought my vehicle in January . Unfortunately this is not true of their service department. I have a growing list of teething problems but I cannot get hold of anyone in the service department as they don’t answer the phone despite countless attempts to contact them. Had a problem with a 2.5month old car, whereby it was impossible to lock it. Rang a number of Nissan dealers but Martin's were the only ones who listened and tried (successfully) to help. Closer dealers were not interested, advising they couldn't see the car for several weeks, which when you can't lock it was not helpful! Hats off to Martin's for going the extra!!

Bought my Kadjar from Martins, had a few problems, they never left me without a car and everyone who has dealt with me have been absolutely superb, Special mentions to Andy (Sales manager) and all the service department, special mentions to Ros and Ethan. Martins spared no expense even doing more than they needed to, to get the car sorted and driving perfect! So glad I bought from Martins!
