Long wait hours, non-friendly staff, costly services, WRONG PRESCRIPTION for Glasses
After a long time, I changed my Opthalamalagist! Had my first appointment with Dr. Gupta and I was very impressed with the speed of processing at the office. Dr. Gupta is very professional, courteous, and was thorough in his examination! Very polite and courteous!
Early to my appt Dr seemed exhausted and I felt confused after appt, instead of reassured. Patients who came after were seen before. First experience and definitely dnt think I'll return!
Dr. Gupta is an outstanding ophthalmologist. He is thorough, kind, and does a wonderful job of taking the time to answer all of my questions. I feel like he's on my side and does all that he can do to give me the best vision possible. I will always be grateful to Dr. Gupta for his compassion and expertise.
