he is a very good DR.
I have always had various issues with my vision and eyes. Dr. Balaji Gupta is very thorough, compassionate, careful, informative and listens carefully. I had cataract surgery and retinal tears about ten years ago. He took care of these very successfully. Even though I have always had constant problems with my vision over my lifetime, my vision has remained excellent and unchanged in these past ten years. Thanks, Dr. Balaji Gupta!!!
Very patient-oriented. Takes time to listen to current issues and reviews past results with you. Watches for trends and takes proactive steps to maintain eye health. Dr. Gupta replaced my cataract lens with excellent results.

Very helpful with my RA eyes. He put in plugs and gave me steroid drops. He listens to your concerns. He was not rushed at all and there was no wait.
I don't understand the negative reviews. Dr. Gupta has helped me greatly with a chronic eye condition and the office staff have been great. Dr G. is also a very nice person
The office staff is the WORST!!! I made an appointment for my daughter and the receptionist called to reschedule because the doctor wasn't going to be in the office that day after all. We showed up on the day the office rescheduled the appointment for and was told that the appointment had been cancelled. I asked why and the receptionist implied she didn't know why. I asked if there was a way my daughter could still be seen since we didn't cancel the appointment; we just drove 30 minutes for the appointment; and since it was ... read more
