I have always had various issues with my vision and eyes. Dr. Balaji Gupta is very thorough, compassionate, careful, informative and listens carefully. I had cataract surgery and retinal tears about ten years ago. He took care of these very successfully. Even though I have always had constant problems with my vision over my lifetime, my vision has remained excellent and unchanged in these past ten years. Thanks, Dr. Balaji Gupta!!!
Very patient-oriented. Takes time to listen to current issues and reviews past results with you. Watches for trends and takes proactive steps to maintain eye health. Dr. Gupta replaced my cataract lens with excellent results.
Extremely happy with Dr Gupta. He is awesome ! I don't feel rushed, he's patient and listens. Definitely will recommend him to family and friends.

Very helpful with my RA eyes. He put in plugs and gave me steroid drops. He listens to your concerns. He was not rushed at all and there was no wait.
I don't understand the negative reviews. Dr. Gupta has helped me greatly with a chronic eye condition and the office staff have been great. Dr G. is also a very nice person
The office staff is the WORST!!! I made an appointment for my daughter and the receptionist called to reschedule because the doctor wasn't going to be in the office that day after all. We showed up on the day the office rescheduled the appointment for and was told that the appointment had been cancelled. I asked why and the receptionist implied she didn't know why. He and Susie were warm friendly thorough and professional
Dr. Gupta talked trash about the Optometrist I had previously seen in yet the Optometrist did the same exam and reached the same diagnosis. He said they are not well educated. That is obviously wrong. I wish I would have just listened to her instead of wasting a copay on this guy. There is no reason to trash others.
