We had a very bad experience trying to buy a used car. There were two cars on-line that we were interested in -- went in and neither was available (still being prepped). Got a call from Amy that there was another one available. Went in to see it the next morning -- and found it had been wholesaled. Then, put a $1,000 deposit on a car and took it to our mechanic and found it was a FWD instead of an AWD as we had been told. Talked to Amy and asked that she destroy the deposit check. We are a 4 Subaru car family-2 bought at Dunning, 2 bought by kids living out state (& 1 of those just moved back with his Subaru). We love our Subarus but will be taking our Subaru business/service elsewhere. Willing to give things another chance after previous dissatisfaction with Dunnning, we've arrived at the last straw. Very knowledgeable and friendly
Very happy with the service at Dunning Subaru. Amy was great to work with. Had to have a wiper replaced on my new car and was in and out with the Express Service in 15 min max. Everyone has been attentive to emails and messages. I would highly recommend!
I called about a vehicle and gave my CC number to hold it (it was still in the shop so I couldn't come see it). By the time it was ready to see, I decided to look for something different. My CC had not been run and the sales manager assured me they would not run it. Five days later they charged my card $250. I never signed or authorized electronically that charge. I do not trust this dealership or the salespeople here and will not be shopping here.
Horrible customer service on the phone. Didn't return my call from this morning. When I called them I was bounced around their automated system, repeatedly put on hold, told they had no record of my dual visits last week and asked if I was scheduling service for a car I don't nor have I ever owned. I have absolutely no desire to let them hold my car for several days in hopes of them possibly being able to look at it. I'll drive an hour away to another Subaru dealership before stepping foot onto their lot ever again.

Dunning Subaru is transparent and great to work with. I recently purchased a used Forester from Dunning. Unfortunately however there were some maintenance hiccups and the deal didn't work out. Although I had signed the title and put down a deposit, they were happy to reverse the title and provide me a full refund of the deposit.
