Caveat emptor. Buyer beware. Good salesperson, but terrible manager. Tried to cheat me on my trade value offering 50% of its blue book trade in value. Manager wouldn't even meet with me to tell me why they offered so little. Saleperson went to get him, and I could even hear him say he was "too busy". Went to a different dealer and got almost 4k more for my trade and had no problems at all.
