Had our Foresters’ oil and brake fluid changed last Saturday morning and despite being very busy the service was fair priced, well done, and prompt. Our Dogs always enjoy socializing with the public and kind staff in the Dunning waiting room ( complete with snacks and water bowl). Jennifer Gillespie was our awesome service rep and kept us informed and comfortable. Our repeated service experience at Dunning has been outstanding even though we purchased our Suby originally at another dealer .
My recent service, although routine, was quick and performed efficiently. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall, I have been very pleased with the quality of service I have received from Dunning Subaru for my 2011 Outback.
Timing of responses was sufficient but I needed answers sooner than I got. I was on a time crunch due to dealing with more than one car offer at a time.
From purchase to service Dunning has been an excellent and dependable company. They have gone out of their way to make sure everything on my Forester is in good shape, and replaced a broken seat molding immediately and without charge. I love my Subaru, and so far Dunning has given me no reason not to trust them or worry about the quality of their service.
Dunning Subaru is an outstanding dealership. I purchased my Impreza in 2013 and I am only sorry I did not buy a Subaru earlier in my life. The people are all very good at what they do! Every time I go in for service as a woman I never feel I am taken advantage of, and I never have had to go back because they failed to take care of things.

My sales experience was excellent. My post sales experience has been less than stellar. I have been overcharged for my extended warranty and Zack Dunning does not return calls or email to try to remedy the issue.
I purchased a car from Dunning Subaru exactly a week ago. From the moment I drove off the lot, I started having problems. You were very quick to remind me that it was basically all my fault because I didn't spend an extra $2000+ on a warranty. I thought I was buying a car from a reputable dealer and when spending a lot of money on a newer car with under 100,000 miles, I expected it to last longer than a few hours.
