My new Outback has battery issues. Died 4 times and I've only owned it for a year. Seems like a common problem with outbacks but they refuse to admit or try to solve the problem. Don't buy a Subaru.

I have so much to say about the sales department and now the service department... that the only thing I can say is that when someone tells you they are a bad car dealership BELIEVE this person and go somewhere else! I fact, just buy a Toyota next door. Dunning Toyota is a great place with great sales department and service department. Dunning Subaru is the opposite experience, sadly.

Very very poor customer service . Was told by the salesman that the road noise I was hearing on my test drive was a Subaru thing . Find out later that the tires that was on the car when I purchased it was the wrong size tires . I was also told that if I purchased the tire and wheel warranty that it would cover my new wheels and tires if I got new ones and that is not that case . I brought the issue to the used car manager Shelton . He told me that I was making stuff up and hung up on me !!!!!!! Buyers beware Dunning Subaru .... read more
