Very very poor customer service . Was told by the salesman that the road noise I was hearing on my test drive was a Subaru thing . Find out later that the tires that was on the car when I purchased it was the wrong size tires . I was also told that if I purchased the tire and wheel warranty that it would cover my new wheels and tires if I got new ones and that is not that case . I brought the issue to the used car manager Shelton . He told me that I was making stuff up and hung up on me !!!!!!! Buyers beware Dunning Subaru .... read more

I went to Dunning Subaru looking for a used Outback a month ago. I really wanted to find one within my price point and in great condition for it's year. Chad helped me find my new (used) dream car and everyone there was so helpful and friendly. I negotiated with them and felt that I got a fair price in the end. I love my car!
Loving the new-to-me 2013 Subaru Outback! Minor problem the second time I drove it (the night I bought it) -- a piece of molding popped loose from the side of the seat, and a clip that holds it in place was broken. Though it's not covered in the warranty I bought, they're ordering the new part and fixing it, no charge. Nice to have a dealer who will bend the rules a bit for a new customer. Thanks, Patrick for the smooth sale, thanks Patrick and Chad in Service for pushing it through.
