I figured out this car was junk and had been crashed!! So they took it off the market, and sold it at auction. The carguru listing said no accidents but carfax did but with no specific details. I notified the dealership and at that time they looked into it found that the car had actually rolled over! Did some minor repairs and sold the car at auction! I had to keep after the sales associate to get information. I would not recommend this dealership.

I previously went to this dealer to get a car and they let me take the 2019 Nissan Murano home that night because it had gotten late just to find out that the bank did not approve me so I had to take the truck back to the dealership the next day in which the dealer was supposed to drive me home. I waited for hours for them to drive me home just sitting there not telling me anything. I ended up catchinga Lyft home costing me $63
Not good I feel like I was profiled the whole experience was terrible . The sales person was a okay guy even doe I didn't even get a chance to test drive the car I didn't understand that I guess he thought I would've stole the car I wanted. All I can say is that it's too much for me to say. But I still brought the car. I'll say it seems that they even treated the sales man that was trying to sell me the car really bad too me. To make him look bad.
They were cool, I just did not buy the car there because I found an option that works better
We didn’t end up buying from here. However, they were willing to work with us on price and Westan was very helpful and kind during our time there. Everyone seemed to know their stuff, and it was reassuring. The only downfall was there were a lot of unexpected extra costs we didn’t know about until the numbers were run. Overall, a good experience, though.
They literally wasted my time and money, I took 6 hours off of work and drove over 3 hours one way to get to this dealership. Upon my arrival I test drove the vehicle which I was very interested purchasing. To make a long story short they basically said they needed to get $903.00 over and above the $29,850.00 for a “Rust Proofer “ that had been applied to the vehicle. I posted a negative review but it wouldn't let me delete it...so I'm posting a positive review for how the manager followed up on my review. Chris called me immediately. He apologized for any lack of communication and offered to go above and beyond to make it up to me. I am very satisfied with how he handled my initial complaint and will feel comfortable working with them in the future.
