Working with Juanita to find the STI I wanted was great. I would give her 5 stars. When it came to financing, it was a very lackluster experience working with John. This was my first time ever buying a brand new car and I had questions but he became very aggravated with me when I didn't buy his extended warranties (which he compared to life insurance) or bundled oil changes. We bought our car from this place back in 2016. Service was pretty decent for standard maintenance. If you want to book an appointment for a recall, get ready to ride a Rollercoaster. The booking person told me that I could wait in the lounge on my appointment day and that it would take an hour. I get there to be told that I have to schedule time in the lounge due to COVID (which is fine) but apparently the booking person knows nothing of their own procedures. My wife and I found a car we wanted online and requested more information through the website. Was contacting via email then phone call. Set up appointment with someone at Dunning Toyota over the phone, then received another call from Chris Bazzel saying be sent the email before the call was made so he had dibs on it and I had to change my appointment to him at Dunning Subaru. Brent was great to work with- he helped me to purchase my 2019 Subaru Forester Sport. The entire process was smooth and comfortable. I never felt pressure and was happy to see that things were exactly as I was told. I couldn’t be happier!!!

Once again very disappointed in the service of Dunning Subaru. I scheduled a 7:15am appointment for the recall repair. I was told at 4pm that they did not have time to get to my car today and it won't be ready until tomorrow. Why bother schedule an appointment if you are going to complete disregard it and not respect your customers time? Completely unacceptable.

Poorest customer service ever. The service department is rude, lied to me about saying my car was fixed, among many other things. They could take customer service lessons from the team at Safelite Auto across the street. I will never be back. Subaru, all about LOVE? Not at this dealership.

Very poor customer service in the service department. Someone from the Dunning responded to my survey regarding my poor experience. It sounds like this is a dealership that just doesn't care.
