went to dunning Subaru and was extremely pleased with not only the respect and care given to my vehicle but also the people that are working there. essential workers who all had a great attitude and clearly loved their job, I was treated with nothing but kindness during a very stressful situation caused by my vehicle, the employees really made this less of a disaster by being efficient and good at their jobs. thank you dunning subaru!

Receipt after I walked out the door and went to Discount Tire. Replacement tires that would’ve kept my car at the dealer for supposedly 5 days. No thanks!

1. You guys essential stole my money running diagnostic checks, rotating parts, etc over a 3 year period trying to determine what was wrong. Went to a different mechanic and the issue was a spider web in a low pressure line. He fixed it with a swish of a brush. 2. Your service manager Joe (may or may not still be there) needs some communication training. The condescending and unprofessional tone and delivery with me is a textbook example of what NOT to do.

Worst dealership experience ever. Scheduled an appointment for a recall, they said they needed it all day. I had to make arrangements to do this. Even though I double checked, the repair should have only taken an hour. Nope, they need it all day. Guess what? They got it done in less than 2 hours including their up sell inspection for $120 worth of maybe $10 in bulbs. All this after I made arrangements to have an extra vehicle all day and coordinate drop off and pickup. Oh, and they are closing at 3 btw. Thanks for telling me... read more

Sales would "strongly" recommend the maintenance plan so you don't pay extras for regular services, but the service department would tell you something else! Go somewhere else who really appreciates your business.

I love my 2020 Outback, but I hated the Dunning sales experience. When we looked for a car, they didn’t have any on the lot. Our salesperson found one that could be delivered by a certain date. Perfect—we could wait. We got the details about the car ahead of time. The date came, and no word from her. We called, and finally got an answer back. Using the details, we set up insurance and headed to the office to purchase the car. There was not a soul on site who could sell it to ... Continue Reading

I got a nice surprise recently when I got a $50 coupon for tires in the mail from Dunning Subaru. Who knew Dunning sold tires on-line with a selection as good as the big tire distributors... and at a lower price. Unlike the other places you can make an appointment in the “near” future to have them installed. I just got new stock tires for the 2015 Forester at a lower price than all the other places I priced them out (even with their Black Friday sales) and I got a set of BFG KO2s for my lifted 2016 Crosstrek. Then to top it ... read more
