I had a wonderful experience today at Dune Beauty and Hair! From the moment I walked in, I felt safe and truly pampered. I had been wanting a change for a while, and the team really listened to me, offered great advice, and the result was beyond what I imagined. The atmosphere is relaxing, the staff are friendly and professional, and my hair looks amazing! Highly recommend!

DO NOT BOOK ANNA SHE DOES NOT LISTEN I SHOWED HER A PICTURE OF WHAT I GOT MY FIRST HAIRCUT AND SHE DIDNT DO WHAT I SHOWED LEFT ME IN TEARS IM KID. FOR A HIGH LEVEL OF A HAIR DRESSER SHE REALLY SHOULD LISTEN WILL NOT GO BACK :if you want to have someone who does listen get Nicole she will listen and do it right with a picture or not so if you want someone who will do it right book Nicole IF YOU WANT A HAIRCUT AND ITS NOT WHAT YOU ASKED FOR BOOK ANNA

I had a trim, around an inch off the back. The service felt rushed plus whilst dying my hair the stylist continued to burn my scalp. I did tell him however the burning continued, my course hair is quite hard up smooth but this shouldn’t happen. The cost was £85, The stylist suggested I purchase 3 products which I agreed to, the final total was £165, as you can imagine I was shocked, the salon was also quiet so everyone could overhear my transaction so felt embarrassed to suggest placing products back.
