I adopted my Netherlands dwarf bunny peanut butter 3 weeks ago. He is so sweet and cute. Unfortunately he wasn't neutered( discovered by my vet during the free exam). I called the Quebec shelter and was promptly scheduled for an exam. During the exam they were very good about explaining the procedure and anesthesia risks for small animals. Peanut butter had his surgery yesterday and is home and doing amazing! Everyone is so kind and caring at the DDFL. Thank you for the amazing work you do in the community!
The DDFL does an excellent job of marketing, responding, handling the animals they take in and care for. I have always gotten all of my cats from them, and will continue to find future pets there.
Few people show compassion for animals like the Denver Dumb Friend's League. I am so proud to be a part of this team!
Great experience! They already have their shots, are chipped, and spayed/neutered. There are so many animals to adopt. Please visit and adopt so they can find a great home.

I went online and filled out two applications to spay my cats. I never received an email confirming my appointments. I tried calling and was put on hold 3 different times waiting for over an hour. Then 20 minutes before you closed you started sending me to voicemail. Fine, I can leave a message. Nope! Your answering machine hung up on me 4 times. Now, I have no idea if my appointment is good, if I should drive an hour to your location for services I have no idea that I will receive and I can't even leave a message. Awesome.
My male cat was neutered through the Solutions facility yesterday, and he reacted poorly to the medications he was given. He was restless and very vocal. One quick phone call to the aftercare line, and the Quebec clinic got us in immediately. My cat was treated gently and kindly, and the surgery meds were flushed from his system. The two women who tended to him were just wonderful, and helped to reassure me, as well. I am so grateful for the DDFL and the services they provide.
I had my greyhound Pinky put down due to age and illness. Melonie was awesome. She let me grieve with my dog and asked me if I wanted to see Pinky after they put her down, which I declined. There was no pressure just a kind, gentle and caring young lady. I give her 5 stars as this is probably the hardest job ever! Thank you! Linda Lauermann
