So helpful, Sara Levin fit me with the perfect dog. She was great. His name was Captain.....His name is now Mr. Sullivan...Sully.....He gives as much love as he gets. This is a great place.....Sully now has a loving home. He is a schnoodle. Thank you Rd. Levin for care and kindness.

Dumb Friends League plays a key role in helping PAAS (Peaceful Animal Adoption Shelter) save homeless dogs and cats. Each week, working with area shelters and rescues, we transport healthy, wonderful, homeless dogs (and sometimes cats) to their facility. They are truly life-savers for us and our area rescue partners. Kay, Executive Director (PAAS)

I wasn't there. I had posted about some pups and their Mama we sent up there from PAAS. I helped deliver them, I foster a lot of the mama and babies that you get from us. Our Dixie, a Rotti mix is there now with her brood. they are about 5-6 weeks old now. 2 more litters in the wings. A JRT, with 6 and a MinPin mix with 3 they will not be ready for several weeks. Medical center staff and Dr Ward are awesome. Dr Ward was great, and explained everything to us. Answered all our questions and provided awesome care to our newly adopted pup.

I adopted my new furbaby yesterday from the Quebec facility. I haven't been to this one in years (I adopted my last two from Castle Rock) and it looked great. I told the staff who I wanted to visit and they gave me a brief history. I was told my kitten was found feral and spent time with a foster family to be socialized. The staff gave us plenty of time to visit to make sure we knew he was right for us. Even though he may have started out feral his foster family did a great job. The 26th is one of the busiest days of the year at DDFL. Knowing this I called first and left a message about a specific dog, they called back promptly answered my questions and invited me in. We met with the dog and then set a Pet Visit with our existing dog. Things went well and we adopted the dog we wanted. Staff was attentive and helpful even though it was very busy. Keep up the good work!!

We got Rennie about a month ago. Every family that saw her passed her up. She is doing amazing and is a perfect fit to my family. She is a thriving puppy and enjoying being spoiled. The staff that helped us where great.

I got my dog here in June of 2011. The reason for the two stars is because my dog is amazing in every way! The lady that brought my dog in for me to see first told me someone was with him and they are most likely going to adopt him and asked if I wanted to see another dog, I said no, I'll wait. Then she said they didn't want him and brought him in to see me and proceeded to tell me that he is a really bad dog and that I shouldn't adopt him!
