I haven't even had my satchel purse for 1 year and the stitching from the inside is falling apart and is everywhere. There are already holes developing in the corners from the stitching being loose. My strap completely broke and when I contacted costumer service it is not covered by the life time warrenty. I personally do not believe this purse was worth the money and I am very truly disappointed because I did really love this purse. I like to stick to the positive side and things and think maybe mine was just made wrong?
ordered international for hit with shipping plus costs which were nearly 50% of the bags value - local purchase only and not worth the premium
