I needed repairs to a leather briefcase and duffle that I've been using for 20 years. The rub was that I now live in London and would be making a quick trip back to the US. I already knew the products were great but I was very impressed at the knowledge of the staff, as well as how a few of them went out of their way to help make sure I got exactly what I wanted. We came down on vacation, stopped in there 3 times, and every time they were EXTREMELY helpful with everything. In our experience this is THE BEST tourist store in Duluth!

I love Duluth Pack, but their packs are getting way too expensive and out of reach for me. Mounting student loans and high rent have pushed me towards other brands that are still MN made. I'll keep my old DP, but can't afford, and won't spend the $500+ on a new one. Just too much.
