Terrible company. Do not recommend.
Used the BWCA in all marketing to sell more of their product, and then gave a platform to prominent anti-BWCA politicians to further their agenda of mining. Will not purchase again.
Incredibly disappointing to see them give a platform to politicians who are hellbent on dismantling environmental protections that keep places like BWCA intact. Will definitely be supporting Frost River from now on instead. Very sad to see such a great local company sell out.

When a business chooses to let the most divisive administration in modern times help them sell canned beans or backpacks, they should be prepared for a pushback from their former customers. #savetheboundarywaters
Overpriced and quality has declined over the years. Poor customer service - I still have not received a response to my email. Plus, they support people who want to mine the BWCA. Granite Gear and Frost River are excellent alternatives.

As a long time user and supporter of Duluth Pack, it is so disheartening to see that you are not supporting the BWCA while still using it to promote your brand. Not only are you not supporting causes like Save the BWCA, you are actively supporting people who are working to get mining in the wilderness. This is not okay. Lastly, it is very disappointing that you are not addressing the concerns of long time customers.
