PRICES HAVE GOTTEN CRAZY!! I Have a Duluth pack shoulder bag I wear all the time in the woods. have literally had it for 30 years. bottom dry rotted due my spilling something in it. used elk hide for a new bottom and still use it, but can't afford to buy them for my boys. Was looking for a large duffel/backpack for two nights worth of clothes, but $550 for a canvas bag???? come on
I bought a canvas/leather purse. It had gotten wet in the rain and the leather bled onto the tan canvas and looked terrible. I asked about the guarantee and they said it was voided because it got wet. It’s a PURSE.. a very expensive one at that and we live whee it rains and snows. They then tried to push a $20 cleaner on me to try, but also couldn’t guarantee it would clean it and that it could also strip the canvas and make it white. I love my Serengeti haversack! After 10 plus years of service, the spoon strap wore out. I sent it back to Duluth and they repaired it for $5 plus shipping.
