Their products are quite expensive, but more importantly they support the polluting of the BWCA, the very heart of what they market towards. Try Frost River or someone else who isn't selling one thing while supporting another thing that works against their customer's interests.

Visited them in Canal Park and in the Duluth Winter Village. Extremely well made products, super durable. The customer service was great. Store was extremely clean and well organized.
Quality gear, but significantly overpriced and they support the destruction of the BWCA. Shop elsewhere.

Fine products. Lousy company.
Have owned 10 or so products over the years. Strap connections to the bags usually always tear pretty easily. Too small of a connection. Especially on my executive bag. It’s under-built. Stitching seems fine but there are always loose threads to cut away after buying a new bag. Never quite understood that. They look good. Lots of colors. Lots of options. Quality is lacking. I bought a purse from here awhile ago and it broke within the first week. Awful customer service. Never had a good experience in the store either. Company values do not match their advertising which is also extremely disappointing. Bad morals, bad company, bad products. Skip this brand and shop Frost River! 🙌🏼❤️
