The leather strap at the top of my backpack broke almost immediately. My boyfriend has an older pack that they refused to repair. We never got it back. So much for lifetime warranty.

Did I like the pack I’ve had for years? Sure. It’s too bad the company itself sold out to the illegitimate leader of this country who wants to decimate the environment and the BWCA. Will never purchase again. Looking forward to ripping off the patch and replacing it so that I don’t advertise for this hypocritical company.
Overpriced and the worst possible customer support. They are willing to compromise the world renowned boundary waters by supporting mining in the area. If you care about the Boundary waters and support local tourism economy this is not the place to buy your gear. This is my third review, the other two have been deleted.
they like to stir stuff up locally and stab the BWCA in the back but apparently won't own up to their actions and are deleting reviews left and right. sorry guys, I'm local to Duluth and will keep checking back. 👍
Awful customer service. Do not respond to customer concerns or issues and make tone def political statements. Not the company it used to be. A disappointment to Duluth.
