I've had my scout pack for 10+ years. I've taken it on all my outdoor adventures and it's still holding up. Sewn on some lashing points along the sides, sternum strap, two pouches in the front and blanket straps under the pack for better use. I'll probably have this pack til I die. Great packs.

I mistakenly ordered a gift card from Duluth Pack, instead of Duluth Trading company for my husbands birthday. We tried to find ANYTHING that would work on the website. He didn't want anything. They would not refund my money because of their policy. I find this an unusual circumstance where grace should have been given. BEWARE.
