parts salesman was very rude and condesecending explaining to me that the 2 clip type nuts i needed for my dodges battery box are only available if i buy the whole assembly for $87. Dodge dealer in another town sold me the two nuts for less than $5. Wont ever go back to duluth dodge.
We had excellent customer service buying a new Jeep, definitely went above and beyond to make us happy

Mark was the salesman who helped me today and I felt terrible not sealing a deal with him at the end of the day because his sales style was perfect. Not pushy at all; very easy to work with. I happened to randomly find a used vehicle and felt I needed to go the practical route instead of going brand new. However, I will recommend Mark to others and direct business their way as The business style was greatly appreciated and the inventory was also great!!

I worked with Tony and Mike. It was the most amazing customer service i have ever had at a dealership. They were not pushy and were very interested in what kind of vehicle I needed and not just what they wanted to sell. They also understood my price range and didn't show me vehicles over it. I walked out with a Jeep Liberty and absolutely love it! I will be going back!!

Service department will fight and argue with you and not do the work needed, they will reset your computer and say it's fixed. After going back twice I won't go back for a third. Sales team is nice no complaints there
