RecommendedI went here after being told I didnt qualify for a loan at other dealerships. Not only did they help me get approved for a loan but I drove home in a new car that day with an amazing rate! Everyone was so helpful. Thank you Dan for everything!

Horrible customer service! Don't call with updates on parts or where they are at with fixing our vehicle, also didn't have loaner vehicles and didn't get back to us about the loaner for 4 days. Our vehicle was returned with seats and radio adjusted and grease spots on the visor. We will be going back to Forest Lake or trying Superior. With a brand new truck, we were covered under warrenties and this should have been an easy process instead it wasn't worth the headache and now frustration of cleaning the grease.

I have never had such bad customer service. I wasted two days for nothing. No one would give us a direct answer. Finally after we said we didn't want "their" car they shook our hands and said we will be in touch. Meaning they don't want our business. The sales guy sat on his phone the whole time. I will never recommend them to anyone.

With a family of Dodge owners. I will never recommend this place to purchase or for servicing of any vehicle. Nothing but lies. Poor customer service every time I bring my vehicle or other family members in for service. One example. Call over the phone and was told 1 hour to complete the service. My wife goes in to get the service. She waited the 1 hour then walked back and our vehicle hadn’t even moved. Then service rep told her that it was going to be 3 hrs. WTF!!!!!
