I bought from them a few years back, and I wanted to explore my options about getting something new. Called someone in Sales, and someone in Finance. Both promised to call me back, both never did. Really disappointed.
I have had three appointments at 8:00 and it seems all appointments are for this time. Last software update was to take 30 minutes took 360 minutes while I waited. This time an oil pressure sending unit they scanned two weeks prior to my 8 a.m. Took 2 hrs as they had to send out for parts. Way to plan ahead guys!
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I was treated very poorly especially by the manager Steve.
I absolutely loved my experience here! Everyone was so helpful, and made me feel like I was welcomed here. Very informative as well. Didn't just rush me through the process to get my money and throw me out the front door. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is in the market for a vehicle. And a HUGE thank you to Lashawn, who helped us!
Dave Sanda was a great help with the purchase of our new Pacifica. I LOVE IT!
Kole was awesome to work with & get me the car I wanted! Got popcorn for my 2 year old & let him color at his desk while we filled out paperwork. Definitely recommend Duluth Dodge!
